I am a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, who helps people move forward with their dreams and work through the obstacles that are blocking their way. I have a passion for business culture and helping people change lives through the intentional business environment they create. I work with companies by helping them design the culture they want and implement it, using tools such as Coaching, New Manager Training, Developing Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Core Values, The Great Game of Business, Conscious Capitalism, Employee Ownership, and more. I am also a F1 Racing Enthusiast, who appreciates the top-notch technology and performance of the sport.
