About Frank Walenta

Frank studied German, French and European law, with a focus on public law, in Mainz, Saarbrücken, Speyer and Strasbourg before completing his professional traineeship in Germany. After an initial career in German public administration, Frank moved to Luxembourg’s finance industry in 2005, joining Benelux Trust as relationship manager and legal counsel. Following the trust’s acquisition by Vistra Group in 2007, Frank was promoted to senior relationship manager and was appointed managing director of Vistra Luxembourg a year later. He helped establish Vistra’s fund administration division in Luxembourg before relocating to Frankfurt in 2010 to set up and run Vistra Germany. After over 6 years of heading the German operations of Vistra Group Frank moved on to join Zedra Group as per November 2, 2016 where he held the position of Commercial Director in Luxembourg before moving into the role of Managing Director in November 2020. Frank is fluent in German, French and English having lived for nearly seven years in New York.
