About Franze Garcia

I have over 6 years of experience working in the Academe and as a Freelance Blogger. Currently, I work as an Assistant Professor I, where I facilitate students learning by providing effective instruction and performing evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes. Also, I actively participate in professional and faculty development programs such as faculty evaluations, academic conferences, continuing professional education seminars, and research programs. Meanwhile, as a freelance blogger, I write actionable and informative blogs on WordPress where proofreading and creative writing is involved, as well as research and use credible references to support the blogs. My hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems plus graphic design tools such as Canva, and Adobe Photoshop makes my work achievable. Previously, I worked at Payward Inc. as a Client Engagement Onboarding Analyst, reviewing documentation for new customer accounts, evaluating high-risk accounts and analyzing new customer processes and policies, preparing documents, KPI reports, SRP computations, attendance reports, attrition rates, and proposals through Google Sheets, and Data studio, creating and editing workbooks using templates in Canva, and Google Docs, and proofreading of emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling are my workaround tasks. Most importantly, data administrative roles such as collecting, organizing and interpreting data information to help the management make decisions.
