I am a catalyst for change and turnaround for under performing organizations through reengineering of the IT operations / architecture and implementing GRC, ISO, NIST, Six Sigma or ITIL processes that creates highly productive teams. I am comfortable both in a rollup the sleeves environment and in senior management presentations. I understand People, Processes and Technology. Using lean management concepts of People, Processes and Technology I am able to provide organizations with roadmaps and directions that help to turnaround performance and accomplish goals quickly. This is done with contract negotiations, systems automation, systems implementations and budget & cost reductions. Expert with strong success in delivery of information technology that is cost effective, secure and deliver high performance systems that support rapid growth by using agile development, or best practices with ISO, NIST or ITIL processes. I build teams with excellent business process skills using Six Sigma, ISO, AI and ITIL guidelines. Processes allow for the creation of self sustaining highly productive teams. I manage the IT architecture through the use of proper security and financial methods to optimize costs through contract negotiations, vendor relationships management and the setting of strategic goals. These goals / directions, with a long range plan or architectural roadmap, and processes creates efficiencies that generate increased revenues and exceed service goal requirements.
