About Freida R.

Freida Razali holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Australia; a Degree in Bachelors of Administration with a major in Productions and Operations Management and a minor in Business Communications from Western Michigan University, U.S.A; a Certificate in Baking from Malaysian Institute of Baking; and a Certificate in Training, Train-The-Trainer (PSMB). She has 24 years of working experience.She started her career in administration for an environmental services, consulting and training company in Michigan, U.S.A. She subsequently joined a well-known international franchised training and development company in Malaysia as part of their business development, sales and marketing team. Later, she was given the opportunity to operate and manage a 24-hour international franchised petrol station business and also the opportunity to setup and manage a local trading company for 7 years.Freida then moved on to further her interest in baking and gained experienced by teaching young students baking skills. In addition, as a certified instructor, she later took a position at a private tertiary vocational college to focus on soft skills modules such as customer service, workplace communication, workplace safety, and motivation training for the retail and logistics students.In Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), Freida has carried various portfolios such as developing and implementing Sustainable Green Programmes, Strategic Communications and Promotion, Business Development and Energy Management. She is focused in helping organisations to find solutions in the areas of Energy Management, Climate Change, Sustainable Development for Cities, Low Carbon Mobility, Promotion of Green Products and Services, and Green Roadmap Development. An experienced, dynamic and passionate individual, Freida is able to relate and work with people from various social and corporate backgrounds. She loves to read, bake, swim and enjoys travelling with her family.
