About Freya Ryle

I am an Executive Officer in the Civil Service. I joined the Civil Service and was employed in the National Shared Service Office from Jan 2020 - Oct 2021. In October 2021 I joined the Central Statistics Office on secondment whereby I worked on the Dissemination & Enquiries team for the Census 2022 project. I gained a lot of experience training staff, working with SAS a programming software and with official census statistic’s. I later bought my first home with my Fiancé in Tullamore Co. Offaly so took a mobility offer to the National Shared Service Office in June 2023 & was promoted on an internal comp in Jan 2024. I am currently a member of the Travel & Subsistence team. I love how flexible the Civil service is & it makes for an excellent work-life balance & secure rewarding career opportunities. I worked in Client Happiness (customer service) for 3-4 years at Photovalue/3XM I started work in the production department of the company, and was promoted to office staff in under a year. My job title was client success associate ensuring our clients had the best possible experience with our products and services. I have excellent team work experience, phone answering, and experience in using Intercom as our CRM platform too. I am an excellent listener and I work hard to make sure every single one of our clients are satisfied with my service. I was part of a team who had a world class NPS score of 82 overall. I am a fully qualified makeup artist, but I do not work in the profession, this is a great skill to have, and brought great self development. I have played Tennis since I was 4 years of age
