About Frida Calderon

Ever since I was a little kid I’ve always been a visionary creative. I loved playing around with words, using artistic expressions in every way possible and engaging others in my ideas, but I was also curious about how to do things a little differently. I got inspiration from growing up at my parent’s advertising agency, and inside a medieval wall on Gotland where I was surrounded by nature’s changes, colors and sounds. Today, though still keeping that little Frida inside of me, I’m an experienced, tech-savvy and results-driven PR & Communications Lead and Strategist who is passionate about maximizing business impact, brand growth and culture through developing engaging experiences across multiple external and internal platforms. My extensive background includes developing and executing successful business, content and communication tech strategies for organizations of all sizes in various industries creating compelling messaging and leveraging channels and tools to reach target audiences in a digital landscape in constant and accelerating transformation. As a leader I have a strong ambition to coach, encourage and empower team members to keep learning, developing, and collaborating to reach their fullest potential and our common goals. Firm believer in the power of a growth mindset to create a learning culture where trying and testing – and also failing - is the core of our common journey to constantly challenge ourselves.
