About Gabriel Lall

Passionate about small business growth, economic development, and entrepreneurship, I specialize in program coordination, client engagement, and data-driven strategy to help businesses scale. As a Program Coordinator at FSBDC at FIU Business, I lead the Business Growth and Acceleration Program (BizGap), managing training events, business research, and strategic outreach to support entrepreneurs in Congressional District 27. Since December 2023, I have helped coordinate 128+ training events for 2,300 attendees, directly supporting 1,420 women and 2,106 minority business owners. I oversee six consultants and three student assistants, ensuring seamless execution, impactful learning experiences, and strategic resource allocation. Previously, as a Program Assistant under the Miami-Dade Business Navigator program, I helped produce 235+ events for 4,443 attendees, launched the Summer of Small Business digital marketing campaign, and onboarded 1,770+ small business clients across seven organizations. With a double major in International Business & Marketing from Florida International University, I bring a global perspective to small business strategy, leveraging marketing, financial literacy, and business development to drive impact.
