Highly experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician with experience gained in an FDA regulated Diagnostics/Medical Device sector. Dependable working with chemicals, on electrical and mechanical equipment both inside and outside the facility. Positive team player, flexible, methodical and results orientated. Negotiated with and supervised external contractors and coordinated the orderly shutdown of a production facility. Successfully completed Level 6 Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Operations Certificate course with IT Tallaght/Innopharmalabs and passed all exams in June 2017. Established the calibration of site wide process equipment in a startup medical devices facility. Coordinated maintenance of facility and process equipment and set in place Preventative Maintenance plans. Currently fulltime with Irish Rail in the Crossing Control Centre in Athlone as a Crossing Controller.
