About Gabriele Prandi

In the last 18 years (Shell Italia 2001-2014, Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. from july 2014) I increased my professional knowledge and skills set by working in different departments (Retail, HR, Marketing) in different roles (account manager, trainer, learning advisor, marketing analyst) Due to my past experiences I have a deep awareness about learning needs and Retail sales priorities. For what concerns training activities I have more than 10 years of experience in an international work environment. I started as a trainer (with direct classroom delivery of courses and planning of local training implementation activities), and I grew up acting as a learning consultant, with a wider accountability on learning processes (from contents design to class deliveries operated by third parties, cooperating with external consultants/vendors, leading a training team, following also the elearning process and interfacing local functions with Central Corporate Academies). I own a strong know-how of operational aspects and I developed my competences in teamworking, coaching, facilitation skills, effective communication, project & partnership management. In addition I developed a multinational cultural experience and mindset by attending/delivering meetings & training events in different countries (Brazil, Germany, UK, Netherlands,Denmark, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland).
