About Gardenia Kock

Personal and spiritual development is my passion. Living in my authenticity and heart is my life purpose. I consider myself to be a loving, caring, compassionate, joyful and generous spirit consciously experiencing and experimenting with my personal and spiritual growth to reside in my Authentic Self. I love to coach others in discovering who they really are, and support them on their path of self discovery from from the mind to the heart. I was blissfully born on the beautiful island of Aruba. I choose my parents and a bunch of loving siblings to supply me with ample opportunities to face my deepest issues and resolve them satisfactorily. I am blessed with three magnificent teachers: Gialdo, Nagila and Kamla. After finishing high school in Aruba (Colegio Arubano), I crossed the ocean for the next stage and adventure in my life. I went to Holland and studied at the Academy of Social Work, in Amsterdam. After my studies, I worked at a residential remedial education center in the Netherlands. In 1988 I worked as a head social worker at the Aruba Guardianship Board and Child Protection Center. Furthermore I worked as an occupational therapist at the Psychiatric Department of the hospital, and as a school social worker and youth counselor at the Senior Secondary Education School. At the moment I work as spiritual psychologist and OMNI hypno- therapist at F.M.A.A. I had a coaching business in which I function as a coach, facilitator and trainer. And NOW I am working at Horizon Jeugdzorg as a coach and Pedagogische Medewerker, for the next expansion in my life. Besides my formal education, I have completed the following courses: Rebirther, Self-Esteem Teacher, OMNI hypno-therapist, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Universal Energy, Drugs Abuse Counselor, AIDS Counselor, Methodical Parent Counselor and one year extra program in Spiritual Psychology: CHH. And recently Personal Mastership (based on the 7 habits of highly effective people) and refreshed Brief Solution Focused. Personal Development: Insight Seminars I, II, and Insight Team Captain My objective is to joyfully continue with my healing path and support others in their healing using all my loving soul centered communication skills in service to the community as a social worker, group work facilitator or youth counselor, to enhance their self-esteem, empower their skills and talents, and guide them to their heart desires and loving relationships.
