Mr. McGrath has over 30 years of experience as a top network marketing professional and is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, leadership trainer and team-builder. Mr. McGrath has built organizations in excess of distributors in 21 countries worldwide, together with his wife and business partner, Sylvia, and has served as Master Distributor for four network marketing companies over the past quarter-century. Garrett McGrath has also served as President of the Association of Network Marketing Professionals since 2012, and on the Board of Directors since 2011. Over the past three years, Garrett has also served in various Corporate leadership roles: as Chief Impact Officer, as President, and as CEO of an award-winning, international publicly-traded network marketing company. The McGraths are one of the most prolific and influential couples in the network marketing profession today. Sylvia McGrath has over 25 years of marketing experience, including having served as VP of Marketing for a network marketing company and VP of Sales & Marketing for a design firm with Fortune 500 clientele, and Chief Impact Officer for an award-winning network marketing company. Sylvia’s also served on the ANMP Board in various roles since 2013. The McGraths have worked side-by-side since and together they provide unique leadership training and coaching to network marketing professionals through a series of live broadcasts, events and mentorship. The McGraths have produced numerous videos, podcasts, websites, guidebooks and tools for large organizations. Garrett and Sylvia are regular contributors to industry-wide generic educational conferences, such as ANMP, Direct Selling University, Rank Makers and European Direct Selling Congress, and featured in a number of podcasts, radio interviews and broadcasts as well as publications such as Direct Selling News, Social Selling News, Networking Times and Business For Home, and featured in The Greatest Networkers in the World (John Milton Fogg) and The Four Year Career (Richard Brooke) books.
