Background

About Gary Martin

Gary Martin is a teacher, coach, and leader. With related college degrees through the doctorate, he launched his career facilitating national and international internships for engineering and computer science students, teaching soft skills classes, and conducting related research. His path quickly diversified, elevating his project management experience into various new programs and initiatives, both in academia as well as industry, on top of teaching such additional classes as leadership, tech-based ethics, and a graduate course on principles of research. Now as a dedicated consultant, he combines all the above experience and studies into Learning and Development (L&D) teaching, coaching, and other services for companies and organizations. His most popular course is Leadership 201, a knock-off of a graduate course that quickly moves through 100% of the basics of leadership, and then presents material that is novel to seasoned executive managers. During Covid, he read all the top leadership books (and watched all the top LinkedIn Learning leadership courses), curating a 24-hour experience that includes all the top points that made the above best-sellers. The course is comparable to Netflix binging, but with constant pauses to discuss and debate the material and its application. GR Martin Solutions Webpage: garymartinleadership.com
