About Gary Myszkowski

I have over 39 years of experience as a consultant and coach to senior executives in a variety of businesses and industries focusing on guiding rapid individual, team, and organizational change. I have the benefit of early career experiences both as a senior consultant for Hay Management Consultants (9 years) and as an HR executive and senior change management consultant for Amoco Corporation (6 years). For the past 24 years I have provided consulting and executive coaching services through my firm, Wiznami, Corp. From looking from the outside-in, and having been inside to see how change really occurs in corporations, I have concluded that there are many styles of leadership that can work if thoughtfully and carefully managed. My clients consider me to be “a business person who also happens to be a psychologist.” My practice in guiding senior executives to manage organizational change for business performance improvement beyond their first 100 days is The Three Waves of Change®.
