Gavin is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with more than 7 years’ experience. Gavin is a highly motivated and adaptable engineer with experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects covering several specialist engineering teams. His key responsibilities include defining project requirements, managing specialist engineers, and maintaining communication across project teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved within the defined timescales and on budget. Gavin has successfully managed and delivered a variety of projects with focus on finite element analysis of vehicle structures. Gavin also has experience in data analysis and engineering support for various types of rolling stock. Gavin has taken up secondment roles in different types of rolling stock and is able to provide technical assistance blended with project management in combination with line management.
