Passionate international development consultant and communications professional, working across varied Research and Evidence programmes. Recent work includes delivering multi-country policy analysis of ECD policies for the Thrive Programme, supporting governments to build practical, scalable and cost effective plans in their ECD sectors. Also using innovative data collection and analysis methods, such as Social Media Listening to evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns. I have a track record of delivering high quality project management, project and internal communications and driving research uptake and evidence use with the aim to influence policy. Previous experience includes; work across large climate and disaster and education projects, business development, visiting lectureship in social sciences, research, programme development and working with refugee communities in the UK. Recent achievements include-Completing a 'Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning' for development and humanitarian professionals course -Completing a short course in Shaping Policy with Evidence from IDS -Recurring visiting lectureship in the Anthropology of International and Political Intervention (the module I took in 2015 that inspired my career choice!)
