About Genesis Ramos

With over five years of experience as an instructional designer, I am passionate about improving the lives of those around me through training and education. I have a master's degree in instructional design and technology, and I am proficient in various learning technologies, such as Storyline 360, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. Currently, I work as an instructional designer and training developer at Georgia Quick Start, where I collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, and other development team members to create online, hybrid, and open courses that promote student learning and meet the needs of diverse learners. I also provide technical and pedagogical support and guidance to faculty and staff in designing and developing courses. Some of my recent projects include adapting instructor-led courses to self-paced eLearning courses, designing course content and scripts, and using storyboards for course design. My goal is to create engaging and effective training solutions that align with the learning objectives and outcomes of each course.
