About Genevieve Smith

I am passionate about helping organisations use their leadership, impact and influence, to tackle the world's most pressing climate and nature challenges. I lead our Sustainability Advisory team who provide a wide range of services to Beca clients. My expertise spans enterprise level advisory services, from strategic planning and business processes integration, to project level implementation and management. I work with clients across the market spectrum to identify material sustainability focus areas, and drive change and action through their businesses and programmes of work. I also bring significant experience in major infrastructure, driving a whole of life approach to delivering outcomes and realising benefits. As Beca's Sustainability Manager, I also provide leadership to our business and support the ongoing development of our strategy to create value for our business, our clients and wider society. I work alongside our business teams to fully develop and integrate strategic initiatives into our operations.
