Profits are an indicator of the value you create for others. I help businesses increase profit retention by helping them reduce costs, scale operations, and grow their business through business process outsoucing.I have spent many years in the field of teaching. I taught high school history & economics for nine years. It was rewarding in its own way, but I eventually decided to make the leap, and jump into entrepreneurship, partnering with my cousin and uncle to form Excello BPO.Teaching social studies gave me a knowledge base, particularly in economics, which allows me to better understand and evaluate the world around me. My understanding of economics gives me insight into entrepreneurship, business decision making, value creation, prices, exchanges, the business cycle, consumer preferences, etc. I love being able to see the ideas I taught to students actually playing out in real life; things like subjective value, division of labor, & comparative advantage. Ultimately, an important lesson I have learned is that to have a successful business means to create value for others. My own growth, achievement, & success can be measured by how much I am helping others. I am getting used to a new kind of hustle, but I am trusting the process, learning to love the grind, & I am excited about the possibilities the future holds.
