With over 5 years of experience in the hospital and health care industry, I have developed a strong background in multiple account management, project management, operational excellence, and strategic delivery. I am passionate about providing high-quality and efficient staffing solutions that support the hospital's vision and mission of saving sight and improving lives. I work closely with the hospital's senior leadership, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure the optimal allocation and utilization of temporary staff across various departments and specialties. I also lead and mentor a team who are responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the temporary staffing service.
