About Georgia Irwin-Ryan

With a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional care and promoting the well-being and development of children, I am currently studying Primary Education BA to build up my knowledge and expertise in supporting children's learning. As part of this, I have partaken in placements in a Primary School, actively supporting positive behavior management and assisting with academic schedules. Furthermore, as an Early Years Educator, I have been entrusted with the care and education of young children aged 4 months to 4 years. My primary responsibilities include safeguarding the children, providing tailored learning experiences based on observations and assessments, and ensuring the team meets daily targets. I also have experience in supporting and planning for children with special educational needs, collaborating closely with families and professionals to support their development. Throughout my experience as an Early Years Educator, I have effectively utilised various technological tools to enhance communication and customer service. Additionally, I am proud to have contributed as a chapter author in 'Building Children's Resilience in the Face of Parental Mental Illness' and have had the privilege of participating in seminars organized by The Association for Family Therapy on this subject.
