A proven leader in the pest and environmental service industries, with a passion for helping others. Comprehensive understanding of the service industry empowered me to develop award-winning companies: Dial Pest Control®, Lawn Watch®, and MoldCure Pro®, now under the umbrella name Dial Environmental. The years of field work in microbial cleaning and mold remediation helped “Dial”establish effective strategies and experience. Our clients responded by bringing us to assist buyers and sellers in real estate transfers and property owners affected by water events, defects in attic ventilation and lack of basement dehumidification creating demand in our market. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification ( IICRC) certified Dial Environmental in 2019. With more than 33 years of experience, I share my industry knowledge by speaking at local and national events. In 2002, My colleagues elected me as president of the NJ Pest Management Association and I served on the Board of Directors for the National Pest Management Association 2002 – 2004. When I’m not in the office, I invest time in helping others. I founded and am the president of the Scott Richardson Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to providing scholarships to college athletes. During 2010 – 2015, I served on the Board for Caldwell University. I am honorary member and past president for Rotary Club of The Caldwells (2007- 2008). In 2009, I led fellow Rotarians to help save 17 children’s lives through “Gift of Life”, a pediatric cardiac care mission in the DR. We returned to the region in 2012, to support “Help The Children Hear”, a medical hearing aid mission. And in 2016, Rotarians and I embarked on a global outreach program to prevent Zika Virus.
