I’m an accomplished chiropractor and performance therapist renowned for my expertise in unlocking the true potential of athletes and resolving complex injuries. With nearly three decades of consultancy in professional sports, I have dedicated my career to pushing the boundaries of performance therapy methodology. My unique approach involves a skillful combination of manual techniques, including Active Release Techniques (ART), chiropractic manipulative techniques, osteopathic joint pumping, fascial release, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (where licensed), coupled with sports-specific movement and biomechanical evaluations tailored to each individual. As a consultant, I've had and continue to have the privilege of working with hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, including those from the NHL, NBA, MLB, NFL, and EPL. I have a track record of contributing to the success of championship teams, notably the NFL's Seattle Seahawks (2014) and the NBA's Golden State Warriors (2022).
