With over 17 years of international hospitality experience spanning Italy, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand, I bring a wealth of diverse expertise to any team. My journey began in the enchanting setting of a 'Small Leading Hotel' in Corvara, Sud Tirol, where I honed my service standards at La Perla hotel's esteemed Michelin-starred restaurant, La Stua de Michil. Transitioning to Venice, I immersed myself in the vibrant atmosphere of 'Gente di Mare' as Bar Manager before assuming a managerial role at a 200-seat restaurant in Caorle. Seeking new horizons, I ventured to Gran Canaria, refining my leadership skills at La Cicala Restaurant, followed by overseeing operations at Merville Restaurant in Jesolo during summer seasons. My journey continued to New Zealand, where I embraced opportunities to deepen my knowledge under the tutelage of certified experts, including sake connoisseur Wayne Shennen. In Sydney, I managed a picturesque Italian restaurant before assuming the dual role of Sommelier and Manager at The Wine Library in 2021. Today, I proudly spearhead venue operations alongside Tim Perlstone, striving to curate one of Australia's premier wine lists. My versatility extends from adeptly managing bar and floor operations to collaborating seamlessly within office teams, offering insights spanning Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, and Spanish cuisine.
