Currently pursuing my PhD in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University, I have a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful training initiatives that drive engagement and foster growth, making a significant difference in the lives of those I serve. In my role as the Manager of Workforce Programs at The Skills Initiative, I lead the execution of our signature cohort-based professional development programs, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of diverse stakeholders. As the Founder of Girls Leading Africa, I am dedicated to enhancing educational access and vocational training for girls and young mothers in the Global South, which fosters economic empowerment and community development.
