I have also provided leadership in five various schools over a thirty year career. Responsible for managing finances, logistics, and events and taking steps to enhance the school and the educational experience. I am also recognized as an expert whose expertise lies in supporting and aiding the schools in achieving the division's overall goals as well as the requirements of individual students. I have been instrumental in monitoring and assessing principals' performance. Furthermore, I pride myself on being a strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset while assessing the root cause of problems to provide exceptional solutions.
