Working closely with The Careers & Enterprise Company to raise aspirations and ensure every young person finds their best next step. Leading a team of 9 highly engaged and dedicated Enterprise Coordinators working alongside key Business Partners, Careers Leaders and Business Volunteers to support and engage young people about the world of work. I have extensive experience in leading staff and successfully delivering national and local programmes. I have strong background in Business Development, Relationship Management, Community Engagement and Stakeholder Management delivering strategic plans across multiple Sectors including Not for Profit, Legal, Education and Public Sector. I believe that exceptional customer service through strong engagement, communication and understanding my customers needs is key to delivering highly successful initiatives resulting in increased fundraising, volunteering, sales and achieving business goals.
