About Gillian Barrow

In our current day and age, it is more important than ever for business owners and executives to have clear communication with their employees- not just to provide support and clear messaging, but to protect the health of their business and ensure success into the future. I've spent the last 10+ years working with businesses and their Human Capital Management strategies, everything from recruitment, engagement, retention, to retirement- the pieces of HCM that drive productivity and the bottom line.ADP TotalSource offers small to mid-sized businesses the opportunity to focus on why they're in business, and let our team take on the heavy lifting for all the non-revenue generating tasks that have to be done because you're in business. I'm passionate about ADP TotalSource as not only do we take the risk and liability off your hands, but we also work with you to impact the health and well being of your employees through the wealth of benefits and guidance that come with the solution.
