I am an accomplished Operations Leader and Program Administrator, remarkably versatile and have contributed significantly to startups. My adaptability has produced an array of proficiencies and spotlights my initiative. I’ve created departments, launched programs, fulfilled a spectrum of roles and served as the front line for the executive. OPERATIONS: Established and developed the Billing and Travel departments for a startup network solutions services provider keeping the company in compliance with FCC regulations and dramatically reducing travel costs. Designed and produced uniforms for a new restaurant, created training curriculum, authored policies and procedures and hired staff. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Initiated modifications in Project/Time tracking program by collaborating with multiple departments resulting in a higher accuracy of reported data. Launched Project Job Costing module in Sage tracking costs. CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS: Collaborated with the Development team to optimize the company-wide time tracking application related to project and customer billing increasing data accuracy and improving user interface. VETERAN OUTREACH: Currently serving as the Facilitator for a military veteran peer group and have served as a mentor for the North Texas Veterans Treatment Court.
