Do you want to know a little bit about me? I have over 20 years of Real Estate background and made a career change into the Contingent Workforce Management field. I have a passion for people that is unmatched. With my combined experience I am a solution-oriented, problem solver with extensive skills in customer service, negotiations and sales. Highly skilled in communication, collaboration, and documentation are some of the traits I have learned throughout the years. I am an energetic professional and am driven by my commitment to serve and support the organizations mission and vision. I believe in leading by example, establishing clear expectation’s and providing the tools and resources for success. I bring integrity, diversity and an energy that will assist with building a successful team while exceeding client expectations. Being quite the workaholic for years, I have learned throughout the pandemic how to create more of a balance. I enjoy my family, friends, kayaking, wine, sports and live music. I favor my two boys above all. I have a fulltime adult son with Autism and am a strong advocate within our community. I have a teenager who is a sports fanatic and actively plays basketball for his school. Our family adopted a dog in 2020 and his name is, Riki the Rescue. We have decided that Riki actually is the boss in our home.
