20 years of experience within pharmaceutical design and development and 10 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry as head of different departments within Formulation and Analytical development. Areas of responsibility have been within formulation and analytical development of new molecular entities and products for lifecycle management. Moreover I have been heading the ideation process and identified several new product opportunities based on reformulation, repurposing and drug-device combination products for lifecycle management. I have a strong passion for pharmaceutical sciences, a mind set for strategic thinking and focus on results. I am focused on people management and use situational leadership, trust and empowerment in continuously striving to develop individuals as well as teams. I have experience from small biotech companies and from mid-size global pharmaceutical companies and I have been working in companies with a range of different nationalities and cultures.
