About Giuliano Caseiro

Upon moving abroad for studies in 2017, I began my journey into the brand new Canadian job market. Worked in a few entry-levels positions to gain local knowledge and expertise. Since 2020, I have been working at Pacific Football Club located in Victoria, BC. Happy to say I have been able to use all the skills and expertise gained over the past 15 years in several job areas, from IT to hospitality, to sales to administration, to customer service to coaching. Prior to that, I worked with Project Management as Planning and Control Manager in Wireless installation projects for Telefonica Group, as well as microwave transmission implementation for Telecom Italia. Awarded the best branch office in Brazil in 2014/2015. I started my career pathway working in the Telephony/IT areas in 2005. In charge of supporting, maintaining and performimg installation of telephony and voice recording systems (Nice Systems and Verint Systems); performed integrations with several technology platforms such as: Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, IPC, Predictive Dialer (Melita) and interactive voice response (Intervoice).
