About Glen Benbow

I started out as wanting to be an entertainer. However, after working for a KOA campground in 2002, I found an interest in recreational facilities and pursued my degree in Recreation Mgmt. I have worked at several KOA campgrounds doing landscaping and cleaning, however I possessed a talent for customer service and was moved to working inside making reservations, answering phones and helping guests. For my internship, I was given the opportunity to work for Walt Disney World, under the Disney College program. When I graduated in 2008, I received a job as a Youth Counselor onboard Disney Cruise Line and shortly after due to my entertainment talent I was promoted to Youth Activities Entertainment Host where I set-up, performed and closed down entertainment programs for youth of all ages. After leaving DCL in 2012, I was then given the opportunity for a management job at Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park, where I learned what it takes to operate a recreation business and from then on I have been representing the company ever since.
