With over 25 years of human resources and operations management experience in small and medium sized organizations, Glen brings his knowledge and passion to assist clients with their 'people' opportunities and challenges. He has led the design, development and implementation of performance management systems, compensation and benefit programs, reward and recognition programs, human resources policies, legal matters and the execution of all HR processes. He has been the HR lead on integrating new business teams and organizations acquired or joint ventured. Interested in continuing his HR knowledge, Glen was one of the first human resource practitioners in Canada to hold a CHRP (Canada), PHR (US), GPHR (Global) and Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) professional HR designations As an HR consultant, Glen offers a unique combination of human resource and operational experience, along with Canadian and US HR regulatory understanding to service his clients.
