Although my career has been deeply immersed with supporting new innovations and products from a technical perspective, working with people and helping them overcome obstacles to make them successful, whether on a professional or personal level is what I find most rewarding, even more than a promotion or pay raise. I do not believe in striving for personal recognition and awards. I do believe that I should do everything I can to insure those I support are recognized and rewarded for their successful achievements. I have a deep respect for and greatly value our people since I know and understand that the job, any job cannot be done without them. This understanding along with my technical and business acumen has helped me motivate and lead our people to success.
