About Godwin Deveer

As the CFO and Director of Educational Development at STEP NOW, a leading community service organisation dedicated to empowering youth, I am passionately committed to driving positive change and fostering academic excellence. With a diverse background in finance, business and education, and raising over 200K in funding, I bring a vital role in achieving our goal of equipping young minds with the tools they need to succeed. Through collaborative initiatives and tailored programs, we focus on cultivating a nurturing environment where every young person can thrive and realise their full potential. Whether it's designing workshops, forging partnerships with educational institutions, or providing mentorship and support, we aim to develop the next generation of leaders. Join us in our mission to transform lives and build stronger communities, one young person at a time.
