I lost a close friend to suicide.That moment shaped how I see performance, pressure, and what people carry behind closed doors.It taught me this early on:performance doesn’t break because people lack skill. It breaks when mindset, discipline, and identity are mismanaged under pressure.That’s the work I do.I’m Ray Sefah, a Performance and Mindset Coach, International Speaker, and Co-Founder of STEP NOW.I help leaders, teams, and high performers sustain elite performance without burnout, loss of focus, or breakdown at home. My work focuses on mindset, emotional regulation, discipline, and long-term performance systems in high-pressure environments.For over 15 years, I’ve worked across elite sport, corporate leadership, media, and youth development, supporting individuals and organisations where expectations are high and consistency matters.
