Goodluck is an experienced development professional with extensive expertise in program and project management, with a strong track record in policy advocacy. Passionate about sustainable development, he works to ensure a just and inclusive society particularly advocating for the involvement of marginalized and vulnerable groups, including youth, women, and persons with disabilities, in development processes. He has played a key role in driving policy reforms by developing policy briefs, conducting analyses, and producing easy-to-understand publications to engage both stakeholders and the general public in national, regional, and global development agendas. His notable contributions include: • Simplified Version of the Five Year Development Plan (2021/22–2025/26) • Youth Economic Rights Analysis: A Context of the Five Year Development Plan focusing on four areas: enabling business and investment environments, financial inclusion, skills development, and the digital economy • A Decade of Action: Overview of Implementation Status of SDGs 4, 5, 8 & 16 in Tanzania (2021) • Existing Gender Disparities in Tanzania’s Agricultural Sector (2020) Additionally, Goodluck has represented the United Nations Association of Tanzania in various national, regional, and international platforms to enhance partnerships, visibility, and collaboration.
