About Gordon Tanner

Gordon's experience is primarily in the areas of commercial real estate leasing and real estate finance transactions, corporate and commercial finance, and secured lending, with a focus on large agricultural and agribusiness companies. On December 31, 2018, he retired from the Seattle office of Stoel Rives LLP, a firm that enjoys an over 120-year tradition of excellence as a leading U.S. law firm. He served on the firm's Technology, Retirement, Executive and Compensation Committees. He is a founder and principal of LawPoint365, a legal technology software company providing document and matter management services on the Office 365 platform using SharePoint Online. Gordon currently serves as Area Legal Counsel for the Pacific Area with the Office of General Counsel in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He coordinates legal services for the Church's operations in the 23 countries of the South Pacific including Australia, New Zealand and the islands of Oceania. Her and his wife live in Auckland, New Zealand.
