About Grace Summerhill

As a recent graduate from UC Berkeley with a BA in Political Science and minors in Public Policy and Journalism, I am eager to pursue a legal career. In my current role as Operations Lead at The Lawrence Hall of Science, I have gained professional experience in operations and administration, managing daily workflows and enhancing team communication, organization, and management skills. My projects as a Policy Coordinator have driven institutional changes that increase access and accessibility for disabled students and campus community members experiencing harm. Additionally, my internship at Montgomery Disability Advocates involved policy research and outreach to over 120 disability service providers. As a Grievance Caseworker, I deepened my understanding of institutional policies and advocacy. I look forward to leveraging these experiences as I prepare for law school and work toward making a meaningful impact in the legal field.
