An experienced and qualified engineer, with over 45 years’ experience in managing business challenges at different levels. My background working with various businesses, primarily in the energy sector, has allowed me the opportunity to build the skills needed to evaluate circumstances objectively. Professionally, I am recognised as having extensive experience in health and safety system implementation, leading teams, financial stewardship, risk management, governance, strategic planning, reporting, organisational change management and contract management. I am a Director and the New Zealand Operations Manager of business improvement consultancy and software company - Risk Mentor Digital Engines. We offer front end strategic consulting and review capability supported by a propriety digital platform configured to client needs.
