I am an experienced Payments and Implementations Teamlead on the subjects of Global ePayments Processing, Project Management and technical Implementations within IT, Banking and the Alternative Payments industries. I have built my experience at renowned Fintech institutions such as PAY.ON, ABN AMRO, Ingenico, Royal Bank of Scotland, ACI Worldwide, ING, Cognizant & Nationale Nederlanden. Most recently I was employed as Teamlead Payments & Fraud with Cognizant & NN. My responsibilities centered around the set-up and implementation of the Cognizant Payments As A Service (PAAS) & Business Process Outsourcing propositions for Nationale Nederlanden Bank. Besides the role of Teamlead, I have fulfilled the Senior Implementations and Project Manager roles to guide end-to-end Fintech / Banking & e-commerce integrations, from pre- sales consulting to 2nd Line technical support. My professional background has allowed me to develop essential "soft skills" in customer facing functions, and I enjoy interfacing with clients. I am most comfortable operating on the intersection of Business and IT, and can effectively balance the requirements between the two. My strengths are my inquisitive nature, and being a quick study on new assignments. This allows me to get to the bottom of the subject matter swiftly, and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
