About Grant Maltba
Federally permitted bat biologist with thirteen years in the environmental consulting field. My career as a consultant started in 2012 as a seasonal bat technician. The challenge of working long hours and finding unique solutions to my crew's and my client's problems was a highly rewarding experience for me. Since then, I've continued conducting bat surveys every summer and fall, and have become experienced in almost every facet of the job. During that time, I also grew as a project manager and general environmental consultant. I became more experienced in time and budget management, client acquisition, proposal writing, client and agency coordination, RTE species surveys, avian surveys, stream and wetland delineations, habitat surveys, GIS mapping, and report writing. Today, I remain motivated to grow and am always on the lookout for new connections and new opportunities as a professional.
