Born and raised in a small Kansas town, I adopted the skill and learned the importance of hard work. With my adolescence evolving around sports, I always desired a career in a related field. I attended Kansas State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture degree in 2012. Upon graduation, I accepted the Lead Assistant Golf Course Superintendent position at The Kansas City Country Club. I served in this position for seven years and oversaw a multimillion dollar course renovation and irrigation installation by Tom Watson Design in 2013. In 2019, I accepted my current position of Golf Course Superintendent at Loch Lloyd Country Club. Loch Lloyd Country Club opened in 1991 and has hosted multiple Senior PGA tour events. The course was renovated by Tom Watson Design in 2011 with the addition of nine newly designed holes. I am directly responsible for all agronomic activities including 20 championship golf holes, club facilities, greenspace and two membership golf properties.
