About Greer Baker

I’m a creative producer, program strategist, and visionary businesswoman with over 7 years of experience bringing people together through intentional, community-centered programming. Whether I’m leading a production team, coordinating a multi-day live event, or crafting an unforgettable entertainment experience, I do it with structure, style, and purpose. Originally, my passion for entertainment started in the worlds of dance, music, and theater, but has since expanded into creative production and program direction that fuses storytelling with strategy. I’ve hosted stages, run logistics for festivals with guests in attendance, and curated cultural brand activations designed to empower underrepresented voices and amplify the goals of my clients. Beyond my technical skill set, my ability to lead with expansive creativity while honoring the mission at hand is what separates me from my peers. I deliver more than checked boxes, I’m here to elevated entire experiences. Resilient, thoughtful, and deeply committed to growth, I believe in dreaming big and producing experiences that feel purposeful. My work is grounded in community, culture, and creativity and I thrive in environments that value innovation, collaboration, and a clear sense of purpose.
