As a Manager I understand both a teams needs and capabilities alongside the clients requirements and objectives and work effectively to ensure smooth delivery of an SLA. I believe good training and clear communication is vital and I always make sure my supervisors are confident and motivated. Consistently thinking ahead I have an excellent eye for detail. As a leader I am reliable, a great team player, motivational, I am fair and approachable while remaining business focused. I was made redunant from Prenetics in May and am now looking for the next opportunity. Whilst job searching I happy to be back at The Lowry Centre on a casual basis, whilst also caring for a sick family member. Compnay culture and values are key to finding my next role.
