I landed at PearsonVUE via acquisition of a startup company called ProctorCam where I was a Co-Founder. I pride myself on my leadership, patience and resilience. My colleagues would say the same. A 15 year career in early stage companies has provided me with the invaluable experience of working with strapped-budgets, unchartered territory and undeveloped products. While comfortable in both strategic and tactical settings, I can't lie - I would rather be in the trenches of the daily grind and chaos with my team. It's simply far more exciting and keeps me closer to the essence of the product. The best piece of career advice I ever received was, “You have two ears and one mouth, so you should listen twice as much as you talk.” I eventually realized that was great life advice as well.
