Highlights: • Managed a complex Data Center move resulting in minimum downtime and monthly cost savings to the customer. • Success of the data center move was through solid collaboration, understanding of the customer’s objectives and goals, strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, daily weekly status updates to the stake holders, and broad experience in the IT industry. • Managed a large scale move of 80 people and two offices, included were all infrastructure, Data Center Upgrade, phones, video, Cloud circuits • Working with vendors coordinating timelines of circuit install/decommissions • Manage operational activities as they relate to the Project • Managing Projects using MS Project 2010 and EPM (Enterprise Project Manager) • Creating Slim Charters, WBS plans, Resource allocation, communications, and deployment • Provide status updates of the Projects to specific stake holders on a regular basis • Stay within a defined budget while Identifying risks and issues along the way • Oversee move activities from construction of new office to coordination of legacy office cleanup • Defined business requirements for numerous projects and business units for Information and Network Security, and network infrastructure for multiple sites developing and implementing new IT solutions to meet current and future needs.
