About Greg Hyde

My experience has been in the area of public safety recruitment and selection. For the past two decades, I’ve focused my career in the industry of Talent Acquisition. Specifically, Contract and Professional Recruitment for both public and private organizations, and Candidate Assessment and Recruitment Process Outsourcing, for public safety departments. I take great pride in positive and clear communication, being approachable, and focusing on both short and long term goals. My passion is working with talented people, who are willing to push beyond industry standards through creative thinking, hard work and a collaborative effort. I feel it’s important to celebrate individual and team accomplishments. I also enjoy the challenge of a changing professional landscape, and working with my team to adjust strategy and focus in response to client needs or market trends. If I’m not working, I’m playing! I enjoy travelling, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, hiking or camping with friends and family.
