In my most recent position as Gas Leak Survey Technician at HydromaxUSA, I helped to incorporate ArcGIS into the gas leak survey for Xcel energy and replaced paper maps with the ArcGIS solution. I also trained Surveyors on the customized software platform utilizing Trimble GPS for added accuracy of survey breadcrumbs and evidence of completion. I have a track record of being an effective communicator and creating an environment of teamwork, positivity, and excellence. In my previous role as Gas Leak Survey Technician at Heath Consultants, I conducted leak survey inspections on project specified gas pipeline systems and focused on safety, quality, and efficiency in all processes. I also have experience as a GIS Technician at GE PII Pipeline Solutions, where I was a member of a team that performed 24/7 monitoring coverage for an experimental global pipeline monitoring solution to protect against any disruption of service or threat to pipeline integrity. I hold a B.S. in Geography/Geographical Information Systems from Kansas State University and have previous experience in the Utility and Telecommunications industries, including working as a Help Desk Specialist at Sprint PCS. As a proprietor of Neff Contracting, I specialized in property repossession, maintenance, and improvement for mortgage companies. I managed six employees, handled accounting, payroll, HR, scheduled appointments, provided detailed bids, and coordinated with local law enforcement to execute evictions.
